Dubai has a total of 714 establishments across the region sharing around 118,400 hotel rooms by the first half of 2019, an inspiring 6% increase from last year. FIVE, Jumeirah Village Dubai
This newly developed hotel is located in the heart of the Jumeirah Village Circle and is developed by Dubai-based real estate group Five Holdings. This project was among a large portfolio with an estimation of around $2bn.
The property comprises 247 luxury rooms and suites, 254 hotel apartments including 1, 2 and 4-beds and 269 pools. It includes exclusive restaurants, cafes, panoramic views of the Dubai skyline.

Five Jumeirah Village follows the same identity with a great line-up of entertainment and homegrown concepts, which will turn the resort into a local hangout and the first licensed venue in the area and surrounding neighborhood.
Address Fountain Views
The Address Fountain Views is an awe-inspiring piece of art consisting of a three-tower development that offers the most beautiful views of Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. Access to the Dubai Mall will be available through a bridge that links the Hotel to the Mall.
This project includes 193 hotel rooms and suites, high-quality restaurants, several outdoor swimming pools with amazing views, spa facilities and amenities for families with children.
The Address Fountain View is expected to accept bookings in October of 2019.
Address Sky Views
The Address Sky View is located in downtown Dubai and has 169 rooms and suites that overlook the mesmerizing Burj Khalifa.
This hotel is a twin tower of a sort and is linked by a sky bridge. All its rooms, suites and residences reflect the high quality and comfort of any innovating luxury hotel.
This newly developed project will also comprise of the finest dining experiences, wellness spas, and fitness experiences.
St Regis Dubai – The Palm
This development is a project by Dubai developer Nakheel, and it will be a 52-story luxury development and the centerpiece of the world-famous Palm Jumeirah.
The St Regis Dubai – The Palm will offer 289 rooms and suites to its guests that span all the way up to the 18th floor of the tower. The upper floors will consist of 504 luxury apartments and one of the world’s highest infinity pools, located on the 50th floor.
On the 51st floor, the SushiSamba restaurant will be opening in 2020 and welcome guests from all over the world. The hotel will have a wide range of cuisines, ranging from Japanese, Brazilian, Peruvian cuisines, music and designs, as well as awe-inspiring views of The Palm and the Dubai Skyline.
This magnificent example is due to open in the final quarter of 2019.
