Bugatti’s special edition hypercar has been recorded to reach 305mph at the Volkswagen speed track but this version of the car will be limited to 273mph when purchasers come to buy. The price for 1 unit is €3.5million making it €1.5million more expensive than its predecessor the Bugatti Chiron.
President of Bugatti Stephan Winkelmann expressed in one recent statement,
With the Super Sport 300+, we pay homage not just to our glorious history with its numerous speed records but also to the performance of the entire record-breaking team.
The Chiron SS 300+ is a testimony to Bugatti’s technical refinement, masterly workmanship and enormous attention to detail.
For HNWIs that purchase this Bugatti, they will experience a number of features like jet-black carbon fiber chassis, sleeker aerodynamics, modified tailpipes and cleverly placed vents to reduce drag enabling high velocities and huge stopping power.
An 8.0-litre, quad-turbo W16 engine powers the Chiron from 0-62mph in just 2.7 seconds according to Bugatti manufacturers, using all its 1600 horsepower and 1,180 foot-pounds of torque, making it one of the most powerful vehicles on the planet.
This version of the Bugatti will start delivering its units to all purchasers in mid-2021.
