Frank Hasenfratz, is a self-made billionaire businessman and owner of car parts maker Linamar. Originating from Hungary, he fled the country after the failed revolution of 1956 and moved to Canada. He started his one-man business from his basement. Linamar is now one of Canada’s largest auto part makers with more than 19,000 employees and 45 plants.
