HNWIs can get hold of a second passport for just €180,000 if they purchase a property in the Caribbean’s dual-island nation of St. Kitts & Nevis.

An alternative is a Hungarian passport for €200,000 and Turkey’s passport worth €223,225. For the best value for money, HNWIs can look at purchasing property in Mauritius and Bulgaria as they offer more space.

Participation in St Kitts & Nevis’ citizenship investment program is accessible by everyone. The major requirements are that you are a law-abiding citizen, have a legal business and be in good health.

There are two options that the government offers to those interested in this passport.

Option 1:

A minimum investment of €136,000 in a national fund for 1 person, non-refundable. To obtain citizenship for a family of 4, the cost is €181,000 and there will be some additional costs.

Option 2:

Purchase a property worth €180,000. Foreigners interested in investing, will be provided with specific project options by the government. To obtain citizenship for 3 relatives will cost approximately €50,000.

These procedures take place through authorized agents and do not require direct participation or the abdication of the first citizenship. The St. Kitts & Nevis government also accepts confidential applications.
