While locations like New York and Dubai have long been known for luxury high rise development, in recent years, Europe is seeing a change of image as luxury high rise buildings are developed to meet demand. Here are just some of Europe’s luxury high rise developments for homeowners.

London

London is home to the 41-storey Southbank Tower designed for those who appreciate luxury. Amenities in the development include a 20-meter pool and gym with full-time trainers available. On the 10th floor, residents can benefit from a lounge with panoramic views and a private cinema. The Southbank Tower prides itself on the ability of its concierge service that meets the needs of all residents.

Frankfurt

Currently, under construction, it is a transformation of what was previously a 1970’s office block into 200 riverside homes in Frankfurt Germany. Riverpark Tower will contain 220 apartments over 23 floors with glass-fronted units into the tower’s existing concrete framework – only possible because the building boasts a free-spanning structural framework. What makes this development unique is its unusual shape as the units will cantilever out at different points, giving the building an irregular silhouette.

Limassol

Limassol in Cyprus is home to the Sky Tower consisting of 23 floors. The development prides itself on providing an unparalleled panoramic sea view. Residents will also enjoy amenities such as concierge, SPA, outdoor and indoor pool, gym, tennis court and underground parking. Sky Tower is located in the heart of Limassol with beaches and amenities on the doorstep.

Moscow

Moscow has recently announced plans to develop Europe’s tallest apartment tower called the One Tower. One Tower will stand at 405 meters tall and will be designed with smart home technology. The tower will also be open to the public to enjoy a birds-eye view of Moscow from the 100th-floor observation deck.

Istanbul

Istanbul is home to Skyland, the highest and most luxurious tower of the city. The development has been designed for residents to benefit from large windows and balconies that allow you to take in the view. The tower is also designed with smart home technology with residents being able to control electronics such as lighting and air conditioning from their phones. Other features include concierge, spa and a gastro court with a variety of dining.

Madrid

The Cepsa Tower or Torre Foster as most know it by was designed by Norman Foster who also gave the tower its name. This construction is not Foster’s first, but a series of some of Europe’s luxury buildings including the Commerzbank Tower in Frankfurt. The skyline is set in the capital of Spain and is located near all the best amenities in the city, including the Prado Museum and Royal Palace.
